My [first] alma mater is playing in their third consecutive Division II Men's Basketball tournament finals. Two years ago, they won. Last year, they took second. Their center, John Smith, is the repeating Division II National Player of the Year. They've beaten two undefeated teams in the last three days.
The best thing? The game is nationally-televised. I'm spending a cold, sunny Saturday watching my hometown team play basketball in a national tournament on CBS!

update: THEY DID IT!!! 87-76. It was a total nail-biter, and they really played hard. Awesome game, and I was *bawling* for the final minute and during the presentation and interviews. Woot!!!
