in which she ends on a snoofely note

  1. Out of everyone you know, who has the best music taste? G's is the most like mine (I think?); Heidi's is the most quirky & fun; J.R.'s the one who *always* knows what I will like before I've even heard of it; The Cat seems to find those songs whose lyrics slay me. And Fluffy is my beloved sad-song-listening partner in crime.
  2. Do you find it hard to press the orange fret on "Guitar Hero"? I would not play that game if my life depended on it.
  3. Have you ever had a girlfriend/boyfriend whose parents were annoying? No, but I had a spouse whose parents alternately hated and were perplexed by me. Is that close enough?
  4. Do you like watching Jerry Springer? I don't think that I ever have.
  5. When was the last time you went bowling? It's been years. Probably when we still lived in Michigan, with the other gotta-escape-from-grad-school-ers.
  6. Where's the greatest place on Earth? Where there's love.
  7. Do you still have Pokemon cards? I never had them. I know someone who *loves* her Pokeman poster, though.
  8. What's the geekiest thing you own? Probably the four ST:TNG movies, on DVD.
  9. Do you feel awkward watching a movie with your parents that show people making out? Very much so. I think I blushed while we watched Shrek 3!
  10. What's the last thing you ordered online? A blouse, sandals and earrings from Sundance, and a blouse from JJill. (The sandals are going back - I like them but not well enough to justify the cost, and I already have {mumble} pairs of brown sandals anyway.)
blouse with opaque cutoutsthe doomed sandalslonglonglong-desired earrings that weigh a ton but are very cuteJJill blouse
  11. Have you ever celebrated a birthday at Chuck E. Cheese's? No, thank God.
  12. What show do you wish there was more of? I'm copacetic with my television options. I would always wish for more time to sleep, read, and write.
  13. Pop Tarts or Toaster Strudels? Either is fine.
  14. What do you want to do for your next birthday? Travel outside the country with someone who can afford it.
  15. What school plays were you part of in elementary school? N/A. I've never been too comfortable with public performance.
  16. Who makes you laugh the most? college BFF.
  17. Do you think bubble gum is good? meh
  18. Can you juggle? I am adept with tasks, but not people or tiny rubber balls.
  19. Are Were you excited to graduate? The last time, it didn't really feel like it officially happened because I didn't walk in the ceremony. Time before that, I was happy as hell to be escaping law school - it was a good thing. I was happy to be through with college and all the attending drama, but within 2 weeks I: went through my final final exams; sat at graduation directly in front of a VERY troublesome ex-boyfriend and his wife; was called for jury duty (which was subsequently postponed until three months later, at which time I was conveniently living outside the jurisdiction); attended (as the guest of honor, of course) two bridal showers (one of which included the dubious "gift" of a HUGE box full of canned goods...with labels removed); and was married, on a day that reached 98°, in a church without air-conditioning, before 300+ friends and family, less than two years after meeting my fiance and after less than a year of engagement, during which we spent 8 months apart. Seriously - graduation was the least of it.
  20. What do you want to do with your life? Roll it tightly and smoke it.
  21. Have you ever been on a yacht? Doubtful.
  22. If MTV Cribs came to your house, what's the first room you would show or talk about? Um, once you're in my dwelling, you've pretty much seen it all, so, whatever.
  23. If a bear attacked you, would you know how to defend yourself? Only if it was Yogi or Pooh.
  24. Do you think it would be more fun to model or to shoot the photographs? I would LOVE to shoot models!
  25. What's something that you're craving right now? It's not worth mentioning. (And pizza.)
  26. Has a bully ever stolen your lunch money? Only the one for whom I work. She has a tendency to invite me to lunch and "forget" to bring cash. Ah, to be one of the irresponsibly wealthy!
  27. What age did you start liking boys/girls? N/A. They have always revolted me. (Both boys and girls.)
  28. Do you make "RAWR" faces in pictures? No, but that question makes me miss my kitties more than I'd like to admit.
  29. What's one thing you were for Halloween as a kid? I was Little Red Riding Hood for like 8 years.
  30. Who's the one person that makes you smile more than anything? My niece. She will never realize the depth of what I feel when I think about her.
[#190, from the Cat]
