how gray he was

The 31-Day Photo Challenge

Day 30: A picture that can always make you smile
A "bait shack" in my hometown, which turns over ownership fairly regularly, had been closed for a few months when this message appeared on their exterior sign. It made me laugh hard enough that I drove around the block to take the picture.

[title quotation by Jack Handey; in its entirety, it reads: "As the evening sky faded from a salmon color to a sort of flint gray, I thought back to the salmon I caught that morning, and how gray he was, and how I named him Flint."]
