once. Maybe twice.
Do you find emails to not be as personal as letters?
some emails are a great deal more personal than some letters. It's all in the content, obviously.

of course not! At least, not since I duly swore (or affirmed) to do whatever it is that 705 ILCS 205/4 implies.
Have you ever attempted to cut your own hair?
little trims, yes. I never did the big chop-off that most kids do, because my next-elder sibling did it for me.
Has speaking in front of people ever made you sick?
nope. It will never be something that I love to do, but neither does it make me ill.
Do you follow a lot of bands and musicians on MySpace?
oddly, I do use MySpace to gather info on some bands/musicians/albums that I'm dealing with for work purposes. It's the only reason I ever visit the site.
What was the last movie that made you teary-eyed?
For Me and My Gal, starring Judy Garland and Gene Kelly. Not surprisingly, it was the 'third wheel'—George Murphy—whose character captured my heart and left me in tears.
Do you find you have a lot of notebooks that aren't close to being filled?
I do have one notebook (entitled "People to Kill"—tongue-in-cheek, naturally) that's only just been launched. Other than that, I think that most of my paper's been allocated.
Do you love ice cream cake more than normal cake?
I can barely even tolerate ice cream cake—so, no
Do you sometimes write "lol" when in reality, you aren't laughing?
no. If I write "hee hee" (or something similar), then I'm giggling. If I write "LOL", then I'm laughing hard. If I write "ROFL" or "LMAO" (etc.), then I'm laughing uncontrollably. Similar rules apply for emoticons.

not since I've been old enough to care

for about 300 days out of the year: yes

I haven't one. I've given up on the entire concept. I'm on the DL/IR.
Is there a certain type of music you love but don't tell many people about?
I'm not terribly shy about my love for music in general, and the sorts of things that specifically appeal to me at any one time. At the moment, I'm not sure if anyone knows how much I love Canadian rock (54-40, Dala Girls, Hugh Dillon, The Sheepdogs).
Do you know all the words to your national anthem?
yes, at least one verse of it. I also know some of the Canadians' and the British and the French. So there.
Have you ever breathed in helium?
probably, though the idea freaks me out a little
Are you currently hungry?
I'm leaning in the direction of a midnight snack. It's been nearly six hours since I had French toast and my tummy's rumbling.
Do you try to be confident and positive about your future?
not really. What happens will happen regardless of my confidence and positivity. If anything, I seek authenticity rather than bullshit.
