anger turned inward is depression. Anger turned sideways is Hawkeye.

  1. How many rings before you answer the phone?
it depends, of course. If I'm home, and it's someone I want to talk to, and I can get to it right away, I'll answer right away, on the first ring. Lots of times I won't even realize that I've got the ringer turned off or the phone in another room, though, so I won't know that the phone's rung until some time after a call's come through. I almost never answer my cell phone at work, and never while I'm driving.
At work, I answer after the first ring, though I answer in different ways depending on whether the call is internal or external. I'll let you decide which you think is 'better'.
  2. What is the first thing you think of when you wake in the morning?
more sleep - and, lately, more warm
  3. If you won a million dollars, what would you do with it?
pay bills, pay friends' bills, and invest the rest so that I NEVER have to go to that place again
  4. Show and Tell. What comes to mind first when you see this picture? Or, tell a story if it reminds you of one.
that totally reminds me of the signpost from M*A*S*H! That show's not appearing in syndication on any of the stations that I pull at this time, which is too bad. I should really put the boxed set on my Amazon wish list....

  1. Dude. FIL had the boxed set--I'm sure it's in the house somewhere now. Want I should look?

    I love Major Freedman.
