The thought of the day, boys and girls, is carpe diem: seize the day. I never, ever read those words without hearing them in O Captain! My Captain!'s voice (as in the clip, above [sigh - link died]). And though I'm far too adept at rationalizing, "prehaps I'll seize tomorrow instead," today I really did it. It may not turn out to be everything I want it to be, but it's a start.
