• shaving my ankles is a dastardly, murky swamp filled with starving leeches, sunken mines, and rodents of unusual size. Why why why can't fur come back in fashion?
• the phrase "learning opportunity." I'm not the eternal optimist, but I believe that each moment is a learning opportunity. Even (or mostly) the times that are hard can teach me something. Therefore, when someone else points out learning opportunities to me, I flinch, and wonder at their motives.

50. What's the tallest building you've been to the top in? Sears Tower in Chicago (when it was still called that). It seemed unreal enough that I was not terribly afraid but I didn't like it much either - probably because so many people were stuffed like Vienna snausages into the elevator on the way up. For the entrance fee, some room to breath might have been nice.
51. Would you rather trade intelligence for looks or looks for intelligence? that's an easy one. Far too easy.
