  I'm not that attached to a home. After moving so many times I've come to realize that I can adapt to new spaces.

   if I had about $15k, I would make some bigger changes—new kitchen and dining room flooring, cutting an egress window, removing the hot tub, and replacing all of the windows and exterior doors with energy efficient models.

  about 3 more hours each week to exercise, and a bike. And barbells. And maybe a rowing machine. And chop vegetables.
