    Richard Marx at the fairly new "arena" in the next state over, in maybe 1987? I went with Tina, who was a high school classmate and coworker at the grocery store. It was a really good concert but I never talked about it with anyone because he wasn't "cool."
23 What is your favorite body of water? Why? 
    The River. Water without beginning and without end (don't yap at me about Itasca and the Delta, because that's just semantics.) Unparalleled beauty, devastation, depth, history, accessibility, worth.... 
24 What was the last thing that made your heart pound? 
    my houseguest woke me last night with a yowl that sounded like a creature from a horror movie. They were, apparently, just lonesome.
25 What’s something new you’ve learned about yourself in the last three months? 
    I can put up with short-term pain in the hopes of eliminating long-term pain

    an unexpected "two for the price of one" deal on a VERY high-ticket item
