What does your room smell like?     it's really cold outside this morning (41º when I woke), and the condo is cool to match. That as the effect of dampening ambient smells. The result is seemingly to intensify this morning's breakfast: cold cereal, cherry guava Bubbl'r (Blend'r), a mandarin, and Canadian bacon. Yum!

Do you like to organize?     in moderation, and in certain areas that lend themselves to organization. For instance, my books and movies are in library order (basically A-Z, ignoring initial articles, nothing-before-something, etc.) - but my kitchen is in total disarray, as are my closets.

What kind of music would you listen to if you could only choose one?     "old." I've been into REM, Counting Crows, Sister Hazel, and Better than Ezra lately. Also feeling the urge to pull out my classical CDs. Vivaldi's The Four Seasons is a season-change favorite.

What song is your aesthetic?     pretty sure that most grown ups do not have "an aesthetic." This is another modern bastardization of what is otherwise a functional language.

Do you believe in auras?     sort of? I think personality or attitude can "surround" a person, making it clear from a distance that they are friendly (or not), prickly, warm, considerate, and so forth.

What do you wish you hated, but actually like?     carbohydrates

Is there someone you have mixed feelings towards?     Yes.

Do you like makeup?     not particularly. I almost never wear it, and when I do I wear very little.

Do you prefer space or the ocean?     ocean. I am drawn to water.

If you could pick any planet besides Earth, where would you live?     which one is the quietest?

What animal would you keep as a pet, if you could?     man, of course

What do you think our purpose is in the universe?     I don't think there is one purpose for a species. What is the purpose of hummingbirds? Or dandelions? What is the purpose of individual elements? We humans really do act like the universe revolves around us.

Do you believe in god(s)?     funny, I just had a conversation a couple of days ago where God was invoked....
