"scintillating" and "exhilarating"

  • When was the last time you washed your hands? Before dinner
  • What is your favorite city? MiAMiAmiAmi
  • Would you rather get fast food, or go on a picnic? Let's take Taco Bell out to the lake and eat it while we watch the ducks.
  • Have you gotten your hair cut recently? Yup - last Friday, when I was half-dead with fever. It was scintillating for all involved.
  • What's one song that gets stuck on your mind a lot? Lately, "Radiate" - listen to a clip of it here.
  • Is there a movie that you've seen countless times? Several. I watched Pretty Woman twice a couple of Saturdays ago.
  • When was the last time you felt really excited? Two Fridays ago, I had a several-hours-long conversation with a friend. It was exhilarating.
  • Have you ever heard of the band Strawberry Alarm Clock? Yup
  • Will you be old enough to vote in the next presidential election? I think so.
  • Is it still dark out when you wake up for school work? Not this time of year.
  • Have you ever watched an entire season of a show at one time? Not all in one sitting, but Matt & I watched season 1 and season 2 of Nip/Tuck over very short periods of time.
  • Do you like 90s music? Some of it
  • Would you rather buy clothes or jewelry? Depends. At the moment: clothes.
  • Do you ever work out? In my head, every damned day.
  • Is your family close? Physically, no. Emotionally, in pieces.
  • Do you go to a big school or a small school? I was part of a large class in a fairly big high school for the area (I was 69th of 384 when we graduated). I went to a small college for undergrad - maybe 10,000 total enrollment. Grad school was at a bigger school, but there were maybe 50 of us with the degree aspirations that I had. Law school is typically small; 100 students per class.

  • Do you like watching any sports? Yup. I watch sports more than anything else.
  • Have you ever seen a Broadway show? No, but I've seen some excellent professional (and amateur, for that matter) theatre.
  • What's on your mouse pad? I don't use one at home. At work, my mousepad is a scratch pad.
  • Do you like small dogs? Marginally better than large dogs, yes.
  • Do you like red hair? Mmm, tasty.
  • Have you seen the show America's Next Top Model? No
  • What's the longest book you've ever read? God knows. The Winds of War, maybe? The Brothers K?
  • Do you like short surveys, or long ones? Depends. I'm not very good at taking them seriously, either way.
  • How many days a week do you work, if any? I am present at the place of work roughly 37.5 hrs/wk.
  • Have you even been in a tree house? No, but I've been in a lot of trees.
  • Do you like coffee? No. Ick.
  • Is there a swing set in your backyard? No. There is a backyard in my backyard - someone else's, at that.
  • What time do you normally fall asleep? Somewhere between 9:30 and 3:00.
  • Who is one person that frustrates you easily? I am very easily frustrated. This question frustrates me.
