Hyper-sensitive to everything, especially other people's feelings, you spend most of your days clad in varying patterns and shades of black. You sit at the back of the class and quietly scroll the name of your crush over and over again on your book cover. You know all of the answers to the teacher's questions, but never volunteer your knowledge. You're a loner, an observer and you move stealthily through life contemplating ways to validate its existence. Your parents are probably highly successful and dote on you too much, which only fuels your efforts of rebellion. Or, you prefer to appear misunderstood, which only adds to others' attraction to your mysteriousness. You walk down the halls passing people who look at you and have constant thoughts of pushing your hair back out of your eyes, or dressing you in something that accentuates your beauty instead of hiding it. Your quirks and eccentricities will propel your future into genius mode, where you will likely earn the Nobel Prize, marry a politician and have kids that graduate from college by the age of twelve. Or, you will spend too much time in coffee houses, explore bisexuality, move to Hollywood, become an actor for a few years, and eventually have a breakdown that lands you in rehab or an institution for the criminally insane.
This is true! Scary, but true. A high school classmate was overheard saying this very thing about me in a college class.
