hey, has anyone ever told you that you look a lot like...

  1. Name someone with the same birthday as you. Jim Thome
  2. Where was your first kiss? On the sidewalk behind my hometown's, er, repository of books. No, I do not believe that it was destiny - just convenience.
  3. Have you ever hit someone of the opposite sex? If yes, why? Yes. I am the youngest child in my family, so there was simple self-preservation at work. Since then, it's happened only once that I recall. A former boyfriend asked me to slap him, to distract him from something we'd been discussing, because were were no longer alone in the room. He wasn't expecting me to put any force behind it. heh...
  4. Have you ever sung in front of a large number of people? When? no
  5. What's the first thing you notice about your preferred sex? eyes, usually.
  6. What really turns you off? Arrogance. Confidence is terrifically appealing, but when it rears up and pounds on its own chest: blegh!
  7. What is your biggest mistake? 1996
  8. Have you ever hurt yourself on purpose? yes
  9. Say something totally random about yourself. I am reluctant to accept that I am "organized" in any way except in my work.
  10. Has anyone ever said you looked like a celebrity? Yes. It happens way too often to be believable. The most recent: Samantha Bee. Add her to Reese, Drew, and Helen, and you've got a pointy-chinned melange of bossy women. Swell!

  11. Do you still watch kiddie movies or TV shows? How the Grinch Stole Christmas (the original version) can always capture me. Some of The Peanuts specials, too. Other than that, not really.
  12. Are you comfortable with your height? Um, sure - but there really is no alternative to acceptance in this matter, so what's the point?
  13. What is the most romantic thing someone of the preferred sex has done for you? I'll leave that one open to possibility.
  14. When do you know it's love? I honestly don't have a clue.
  15. What's something that really annoys you? Tailgating. (Not eating food outside a stadium, but driving too close to the car ahead. A lack of braking distance.)
