reporting, or, why I hate this stupid job

I’ve been working on Consumer Reports. Numerous problems, addressed below. Please let me know what actions you wish me to take with these, if any. Thanks,

1. s0010-7174 is a serial record for Consumer Reports (the whole magazine) on microfilm, but it is not an OCLC record. There are numerous (i.e. 67) hits for that ISSN in Connexion. [My place] does not hold the title, so I can’t…or won’t…track down which one is correct.
2. Best baby products, serial o54961005 (previously Guide to baby products, serial o20861237). If I’m reading this right, I should merge o298184974 (ED. 10 2009), o122285516 (ED. 9 2007), and o54848365 (ED. 8 2004) into o54961005 (serial ED. 8 2004- ). And, separately, I should merge o39024891 (ED. 5 1996), o36025765 (ED. 5 1996), o41492308 (ED. 6 1999), and o47968434 (ED. 7 2001), and overlay with the serial record o20861237 (closed serial ED. 1 1988-ED. 7 2001). Correct?
3. Best buys for your home. Merge a1769915 (2000) and o54403808 (2004) into o40461727 (serial 1999- ), yes?
4. Best of health. Merge a1834474 (1998), o40717558 (1998), o42017597 (1998), and o48395107 (2001) into o24202835 (serial 1994- ), right?
5. New car buying guide. Merge o144513745 (2007/2008) into o19745068 (serial 1989- ), correct?
6. Best Travel deals. Merge o33664779 (1996) and o40986117 (1999) and overlay with o34125854 (closed serial 1996-2001), yes?
7. Guide to income tax. Merge o34050000 (1996) into o29416697 (serial 1993- ), right?
8. How to Clean & Care for Practically Anything. This title changed – I think? – at some point, from How to Clean Practically Anything. There is a serial record in OCLC, but it is tiny and Elvl M: o317391679. Still, it would be nice to accumulate the following into one record: o13760100 (1986), o19628684 (1989), o25551884 (1992), a1799116 (1992), o19977664 (1993), o32807544 (1993), o32969953 (1996), o51687481 (2002), o49537613 (2002), and o84542291 (2006).
9. The Medicine Show. Merge l74081288 (1974), o01235398 (1974), o05725770 (1980), o06419034 (1980), and o18909681 (1989) and overlay with o34991748, correct? Though it seems a shame to input a record to keep any of these, given that the newest one is 20 years old. Twenty-year-old medicine.
10. New Car Yearbook (l94642313) (ISSN: 0010-7174) is on a non-OCLC serial record but doesn’t give a year, so I can’t figure out what to overlay it with. If it’s somewhere 1994-, probably o30629172?
11. Buying Guide. The record is fine (!); the holdings are wackadoodle.
