1. What is one thing that you would change about yourself if you could? my overall health could use an upgrade. Everything else might go to Hell but if that was under control maybe the rest of it would be easier to deal with.
2. Name three exotic countries you would like to visit: Iceland, Canada, and New Zealand
3. What do you think the secret to life is? only connect
4. Best concert: I saw Joshua Bell with the Toledo Symphony Orchestra once, and it was an awesome experience

6. Worst movie music soundtrack or score: eh. Plenty of films have intrusive or dated soundtracks, but nothing is standing out at the moment.

8. Who was your FIRST date? his name is Paul. He was kind of a fancy-pants, more sophisticated than me, but a sweetheart who was always looking for love. I hope that he finally found it.
9. Do you still talk to your FIRST love? he died a couple of years ago. Otherwise, yes--I would.
10. What was your FIRST alcoholic drink? crème de menthe
11. What was your FIRST job? I worked in the bakery department of a grocery store. Lots of cleaning, some customer service, and also food prep, frying and baking.
12. What was your FIRST car? an iconic (but also somehow generic) 80s hatchback, ugly as sin but functional for friend-hauling and gettin' to work
13. Where did you go on your FIRST ride on an airplane? up
14. Who was your FIRST best friend & do you still talk? we usually FB message--and have tentative plans to get together next weekend
15. Whose wedding did you attend the FIRST time? a cousin, I'm sure. I have loads of them, and either served at or was in tons of their weddings as a pretty little kid. 
16. Tell us about your FIRST roommate. my first roommates were some coworkers from the grocery store that I mentioned in #11, above. A group of upperclassmen were renting a house together, and they needed to sublet for the summer. It started out being three of us in the house, but ended up just me. Very weird.  Anyway, the girls were RA & G, from smallish towns in the middle of the state. Much more into parties than they were into school. They were nice but cliquish.

18. What is something you would learn if you had the chance? how to make money without really trying
19. Did you marry the FIRST person you were in love with? Good God, No
20. What were the first lessons you ever took and why? I never took any lessons outside of school
21. What is the first thing you do when you get home? change into "home clothes"
