169. What’s something that has changed you for the better and something that has changed you for the worse? higher education accomplished both of those things
170. Who have you purposely cut out of your life? if I've done so, they're gone for a reason. No point in bringing them back here and now, for this.
171. What did you do in the past that people keep bringing up over and over and over again? depends on the person. I've done a lot of story-worthy things.
172. Who is the nicest person you’ve ever met? Fluffy
174. What were some of your favorite childhood books? the Dr. Seuss library, Beverly Cleary's oeuvre, and eventually Robert Cormier's
175. What is your most beautiful memory? it's too personal, and far too private, to share here
176. What did you do when you were younger that makes you still cringe when you think about it? I long played second fiddle to a friend rather than stepping up to shine
177. How much have you changed in 5 years? hugely. The last 3 1/2 years have changed me completely.
178. What do you wish you hadn’t said? "fine"—it was absolutely not fine.
179. What story involving you has probably been told by the most people? I've been racking my brain on this question for some time. I should think that the answer would be something about school, or about one of my absurd self-inflicted injuries.
