• Bad haircut or bad dye job?

• Call first thing in the morning or call in the middle of the night?
middle of the night calls are some of my best memories. First of the morning texts, likewise. It depends on the person.
• Cherished or respected?
sheesh, I would hope for both
• Fast food or health food?

• Salad or sandwich?

I try (hard) to make them for myself and more often than not end up throwing out the ingredients. I also typically skip it when eating at other peoples' houses. Strange.
• Sharks or dolphins?
  sharks
• Sleeping with the bedroom door closed or open?
  open
• Sort by price or by rating?
depends on the item. If I'm deciding whether to buy it today, then by price. If I'm deciding whether to buy it at all, then by rating.
• Souvenirs or postcards?
I've been sending postcards to my grade school best friend several times a week for the past few months, and to the Intern for a couple of years. A number of other friends have contributed postcards from where they live for this project, which is fun and quirky. I've also picked up some cheap, bizarre sets of postcards online. This all started when I worked at the library and was helping Hampster sort donations for the book sale. I came across a partially-used book of teddy bear postcards, published in Germany. It had a sort of, uhm, 'German sensibility.' By which I mean that a lot of them were disturbing in a uniquely, uhm... never mind. Anyway. I tormented Hampster with those postcards for a long time—in a joking way—and then sent the rest of the pack to the Intern, which started things with him. And so on.
All this means that when I travel, I will buy postcards to send, and sometimes a shotglass to keep. Occasionally a jigsaw puzzle for my dad. That's about it.
