Miroco light therapy lamp
    bringing my teapot and a stack of portioned almonds and Craisins helped me from getting distracted. And having a light box made the winter pass more smoothly than it would have otherwise.

  at the moment, it is dealing with my houseguest following me from room to room and generally hovering 18" away from me at all times. They are sweet, vocal, and distracting.
