If you could ...
... hang out with any cartoon character, who would you choose and why?
Bugs Bunny is so cool
... live anywhere in the world for a year, where would it be?
easy street
... see one movie again for the first time, what would it be and why?
Trust - because it made me finally fall in love with movies.
It's not the perfect film, but it was the right one at the right time for me.
... bring back any fashion trend what would it be?
leather pants
... live in any country, where would you live?
... choose any two famous people to have dinner with who would they be?
Edward Norton and Natalie Portman. Both are in the genius range and the conversation would be intellectual chess - and hilarious, too.
... be any animal in the world, what animal would you choose to be?
my erstwhile houseguest. A happy little being, calm and sweet, they live a good life.
... change places with anyone in the world, who would it be and why?
I just wouldn't. Everyone has their own stuff going on, their own sadness and trials, aches and pains, frustrations and irritations. That sweet, dark green grass on the other side of the fence might be hard and scratchy close up.
... rename yourself, what name would you pick?
I don't want to rename myself; I want to be given a pet-name
... have someone follow you around all the time, like a personal assistant, what would you have them do?
that is not something that I need—it is something that I ought to be
... instantly become an expert in something, what would it be?
writing fiction
... be guaranteed one thing in life (besides money), what would it be?
quick, painless death for everyone I love (after a suitably long life, of course)
... teach a class on one thing, what would you teach?
cataloging and classification
... magically become fluent in any language, what would it be?
... be immortal, what age would you choose to stop aging at and why?
no immortality, thank you
... be on a reality TV show, which one would you choose and why?
MNF - greatest seat in the house
... eliminate one thing from your daily routine, what would it be and why?
eating snacks, for obvious reasons
... go to Mars, would you? Why or why not?
God no. See the next answer and you'll get the hint....
... have the power of teleportation right now, where would you go and why?
Target, because I need some things and am way too lazy to drive there
... write a book that was guaranteed to be a best seller, what would you write?
a novel, loosely based on my experiences and those I've heard or observed around me. I know I've got a novel in me—it's just a matter of letting it out.
