When you think of ‘home,’ what do you think of? my family & close friends
What’s the difference between settling for things and accepting the way things are? that is the great mystery of life
How many of your friends would you trust with your life? two
What’s your definition of heaven? contentment, challenge, and love
What is your most prized possession? no prizing things.
How would you describe yourself in one sentence? I am indefinable
What makes a person beautiful? confidence, humility, and humor
What makes you proud? longstanding friendships, healthy plants, and passing the bar exam on the first try
How do you find the strength to do what you know in your heart is right? not sure where it comes from, but I'm glad that I have it - sometimes
Where do you find peace? sleep - when my brain quiets down
When have you worked hard and loved every minute of it? pretty much every job (except the last one) has been like this at times. The library was, mostly: lots of long days, hard physical work (hauling books all over, and moving shelves), and puzzles and conundrums.
[from here; the title quotation is by Mark Twain, from The Purloining of Prince Oleomargarine]
