reflections of perceptions of reality

I am: at work 3 1/2 hours early. I drew the short straw.
I think: this is way too damned early to be at work.
I know: that I should've worn actual shoes, rather than these sandals. My feet are very, very cold. (Hi Diz!)
I have: no major complaints.
I wish: that every night could end the way that last night ended.
I hate: having nothing to do. I'm bored.
I miss: Johnnie.
I fear: losing my chance - or my nerve.
I hear: Hootie, singing, "I Only Wanna Be with You."
I smell: blueberry tea and my own perfume, which is rare.
I crave: sleep!
I search: -ed for my voter registration card this morning. Found it in the first box I checked - woot!
I wonder: if anyone will ever see the real me.
I regret: only one thing from the past four years, but it's a biggie.
I love: my friends, to a degree that might freak 'em out a little.
I ache: when I think of the M
I am not: terribly good at apologizing.
I believe: in grabbing a screw wherever you can find one. (Trust me, it's just a mildly amusing inside joke, not total willfulness.)
I dance: in my dreams.
I sing: nowhere near as well as I can recall lyrics.
I cry: almost never, due to chemical intervention.
I fight: like a lawyer.
I win: most road races.
I lose: casually, which can be annoying for the highly motivated.
I never: lost a game of "I Never."
I always: order a BLT with no tomato and no mayo.
I confuse: "that" and "which," no matter how many times the difference has been explained to me.
I listen: rather than waiting to talk.
I can usually be found: under a blanket when I'm at my parents' house - at least 8 months out of the year.
I am scared: that I am too old for ....
I need: to see my dr.; my head is not good.
I am happy about: my upcoming haircut appointment. I'm a shaggy dog.
I imagine: that this day will be momentous in American history. I am glad to be a part of it.
