Hamburger Gravy for Mashed Potatoes

Ground beef
Flour
Cold water
Kitchen Bouquet or B-V Broth Concentrate

Brown ground beef until actually brown. Skim fat but leave juice. Mix 2 Tablespoons or so flour with water, with a whisk. Add to burger. Add more water slowly as it cooks, to reach desired consistency. Add Kitchen Bouquet/B-V as flavor & color. (Start with 1/2 tsp. Doesn't take much. MEASURE - pouring this stuff is a lot harder than it looks.) Spice (with salt & pepper) to taste.
