I've had this argument so many times, in so many ways, that it makes me feel tired and sad to think about it. There are a thousand valid and compelling reasons against it, but if there is one reason for it, then I can't say it's wrong.

  4. Applebee's, the Outback, or TGI Friday's? Applebee's. I have lots of terrific memories with the old crew from the library at that place. I've only eaten at the Outback once (in Kentucky, of all places), and while TGI Friday's is fine, it's not a fave.

  9. Are you aggressive? I can be. It doesn't happen often, and only in a couple of areas of my life. The most recent was a closed-door telephone call with a financial institution that had incorrectly advised me, inappropriately changed the status of my account, inappropriately charged fees, and then left me on hold for 10 minutes of my 30 minute break. By the time we were through, I was HOT. There was no yelling, but I absolutely let the "customer 'service'" representative have it.
