you can't lie to your soul

1. What three words describe me best?  wondering, observing, considering

2. What are the important things in my life?  home, books, reliable vehicle, phone
3. What values are important to me?  concern, respect, and passion
4. What does my ideal life look like?  a lot like this one, only minus the quarantine restrictions and with a whole lot more cuddles, money, and vacation time
5. What is my regret?  I said the wrong thing at the wrong time, was dismayed as it came out of my mouth, did not have the words to take it back or explain or mitigate the damages, and have been unable to apologize.
6. What are my favorite memories?  they cannot be repeated here. They are too dear.
7. What makes those memories so good?  no one else would understand.
8. What is holding me back in life right now?  modesty, geography, and the law
9. What is my greatest strength?  I can sometimes see things that other people cannot see, or maybe it's that I'm willing to say the things they're not up to saying
10. What allowed me to reach this far in life?  work ethic, support of family & friends, luck, education

11. What makes life good?  love, caffeine, cats, sunshine, books, naps, music, driving in the country
12. Am I happy with my life?  well, of the items listed in #11, above, I have ready access to all but one. That's pretty damned good.
13. What do I admire about myself?  my tenacity, my eye for paint colors and picture matting, and my baking
14. When am I most happy?  I'm most happy when I'm writing with part of my brain, drinking tea, pouring Cheerios into my face (and probably elsewhere), and talking

15. Do I like the person that I am today? 
today, I am headachy and distracted. As I write this--I turned my Christmas lights on for the first time. I'm feeling optimistic, a little silly, and hungry. There is much to like today.
16. What is my best quality?  I love well
17. What is my biggest weakness? How do I make up for it?  I am not ambitious and do not care to be. How do I 'make up' for that? By not caring about it, I suppose. Or with diligence and a sense of duty.
18. What is my love language?  my top three "love languages" are Quality Time (9), Words of Affirmation (8), and Physical Touch (7). They switch up depending on mood and what's weighing on me while I take the test.
19. What is my communication style?  personal/intuitive
20. What is my passion in life?  passion
21. How happy am I?  on a scale of...? I could make an argument for anyplace on the scale. Happiness is fleeting, an elusive target.
