Do you have any Christmas traditions?
I wait until at least Thanksgiving and usually into December to put up decorations, and usually take them down between Christmas and New Years. And I often send cards and/or gifts well into the new year, especially to people to whom I want to write longer cards or letters. (I don't know if I have ever, in my entire life, simply signed a card. Always write a real note!)
Do you work better at home with background noise?
nope, I very rarely have background noise when I work. Music if I'm doing required training, and very occasionally when plowing through an overgrown stack of files. Most of the time it's just me and my endless thoughts.
